How to Lease a house...
The following items must be done to assure your lease & home for the future.
- Pick out an available property to rent from our inventory sheet. (You may hold any property for 7 days with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.)
- Fill out the rental application completely, sign it and return it to Vantage Properties.
- Pay the $25.00 per application processing fee. No more than 3 people may sign lease.
- Get the "Parental Lease Guarantee" form signed by at least one of each tenant's parents. Signatures must be notarized. Return original to Vantage Properties.
- Get the "Disclosure to Guarantee Signers" form signed.
- Review the Lease and all addendums with the parent signing the Guarantee.
- Pay the last month's rent plus the security deposit. All money is due Prior to lease signing.
- Get all items required and make an appointment with a representative of Vantage Properties Management LLC to sign the Lease and the addendums.
Remember all monies and all signatures required must be received by Vantage Properties Management LLC in order to secure the lease.
